Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Be Dance, we deliver your orders safely and carefully. See information about our shipping process below.

1. Free shipping throughout Brazil

All purchases include free shipping, with no minimum purchase. What you see is what you pay.

2. Delivery timeframe

The total delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, from payment confirmation. This timeframe already includes order preparation and shipping.

3. Order tracking

Once the order is dispatched, you receive the tracking code at your registered email address and WhatsApp number. You can also follow every delivery stage on the Track Your Order.

4. Delivery address

Check that the address provided is complete and correct. Be Dance is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Payment methods

We accept credit cards (processed by Appmax, with installment options) and Pix. Order preparation begins as soon as payment is approved; Pix approval is usually immediate.
