Exchanges and Returns Policy

At Be Dance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. These guidelines follow the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

1. Right to withdraw

You have up to 7 (seven) calendar days, from receipt, to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, under Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. The product must be unused, tagged and in its original packaging. In this case, we refund the full amount.

2. Defective products

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to an exchange, repair or full refund. The period for submitting a claim is 30 days for non-durable products and 90 days for durable products, from receipt.

For a return to be accepted, the product must show no signs of wear or washing, have its tags and original packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.

5. Refund timeframe

After we receive and inspect the product, the refund is processed within 7 business days, using the same payment method as the purchase. For Pix, the refund is made to the account you provide.

6. Return shipping

For defects or shipping errors, we cover return shipping. For withdrawal, we will agree with you on the best shipping method.
